Q1.I want to order flowers to China. How do I place an order and make the payment? |
On the homepage, select your delivery location (China)—Select your preferred product—Place your order—Carefully read over our Terms and Conditions—Fill in your information—Submit and you will receive an order number 600*****, please keep the number so that you may keep track of your order.
When filling out the order form, you may select your payment by credit card (VISA/MASTER) or ATM transaction. |

Q2.How do I know if I’ve placed an order successfully? |
When you’ve finished ordering online, a webpage will appear showing that you have placed an order successfully. It will also display your inquiry number. Meanwhile, the system will send an e-mail notifying that you’ve successfully placed an order. |

Q3.Why was my inquiry rejected? |
If you have not made the payment before the expected day of sending the product, the system will automatically cancel your order and notify you that your inquiry was rejected. |

Q4.When do I receive a notice that my order was sent? |
We will notify you that your product has been sent through e-mail or text message. Due to the time difference or operation process, the notification will be sent one day after; however, this does not mean that the product was sent later than the expected time. |

Q5.I cannot choose the delivery location on your website. Does this mean that you do not deliver to that location? |
If you were not able to select the delivery location, please e-mail the address of your preferred destination and product to our customer’s service e-mail at: global@flowerdj.com. |

Q6. Why didn’t I receive a confirmation letter after I placed an order? |
Please make sure that the e-mail you provided was correct and whether your e-mail automatically blocks junk mail, in case our confirmation letter may have been blocked. You can also call us and confirm with our customer services. |

Q7.Do I have to fill in an English order form? |
If your delivery location is to countries other than China, please fill in the English order form. |

Q8.Will you provide a picture and signature form? |
We apologize for the inconvenience, but Flower DJ does not provide a picture or signature form. |
